www.browserbite.io follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
www.browserbite.io does not set any cookies that require consent. For audience measurement we use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless web analytics service based and hosted in the EU. Plausible does not process personal data, does not store cookies, and does not create user profiles; IP addresses are not stored permanently.

To schedule appointments we link to an external booking service. When you book an appointment, the respective provider processes the data you enter (name, email address, selected time slot) according to its own privacy policy.
Booking is voluntary; no data is processed through this service unless you book.
When you submit the scoping-workshop preparation form on our website, we process the information you enter: company name, website, your name and role, your email address, and your answers regarding consulting field, methodology, goals and framework conditions.

On our website we offer an optional chat, labelled as an AI assistant, that helps you figure out which white-label tool could be built from your consulting methodology. Use is voluntary; the chat only starts when you actively open it and send a message.
When you use the chat, the messages you enter are transmitted via our server to Mistral AI (Mistral AI SAS, 15 rue des Halles, 75001 Paris, France), which acts as a processor on our behalf, in order to generate the reply. Processing takes place in the EU.
We do not store chat histories. The conversation is kept only in your browser and is deleted when you reload or leave the page. To prevent abuse (rate limiting), your IP address is processed briefly in our server's memory; it is not stored permanently. The chat does not set cookies and does not store any data on your device.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing an interactive consulting assistant). Please do not enter any personal or confidential data in the chat.
